The seventh stage of the meditation

In the seventh stage of meditation, viewed, from the point of view of self-control, one acts now in unified fashion.

He is not divided, so that he conflicts. Singularity obtains at this stage. If he says I will do this, then he will do it and so on. He or she has an integrity now.

In ordinary living, I noted, I become more alert to my breathing and the posture take. This came after now years of meditation.

Stages are for educational purposes, I think. They don't seem to be capturing some essential qualities of different stages along the way.
